Сancellation policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms govern the relationship between the guest and the administration of Gugel Waves Apartments.
1.2. Booking an apartment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. A booking is confirmed only after payment is made according to the selected rate.
2.2. Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate (see “Cancellation Policy”).
2.3. Payment must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the payment link, unless stated otherwise.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00.
3.2. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior request and may incur an additional fee.
4. House Rules
4.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Violation results in a 500 ILS fine.
4.2. Pets are not allowed.
4.3. Please respect neighbors’ peace: quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
5. Guest Responsibility
5.1. Guests are responsible for preserving apartment property. Damages must be compensated in full.
5.2. Lost keys or damage to electronic locks will incur a replacement fee of 500 ILS.
6. Privacy and Security
6.1. Personal data provided by the guest is used solely for booking purposes and is not shared with third parties.
6.2. The apartment premises are protected and under video surveillance to ensure your safety.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The administration is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., power outages, emergencies, etc.).
